Dr. Tam and team at NW Dental are fantastic. After years of going here, I haven't looked anywhere else for my dental care. Great place, friendly staff, helpful, understanding, and clear communication. They understand patient needs and provide recommendations based on what's best and what needs to be done in a timely manner. They are also very accommodating when something needs to be looked at urgently.

Absolute worst dental experience of my life, his office is running a predatory, insurance-maximizing scam, they are friendly to your face, but their true goal is to drain your insurance benefits immediately by submitting highly inflated claims with questionable, unnecessary items (like too many x-rays). This practice effectively financially traps you, as they exhaust your yearly deductible, preventing you from seeking care elsewhere. Do not trust them with your insurance or your health. They prioritize profit over patient well-being.

I've been going to NW Dental for many years. I actually found them in the Yellow Pages when my husband had a toothache and was in a lot of pain. They saw us that same day. That's how long it's been. I cannot see myself going anywhere else. They are the best, both dentists and staff.

By far the most professional, attentive and accommodating dentist I have ever been to. And I’ve been to dentists all over the city and other states I’ve the course of my life. I’ve been here several times and everyone I’ve recommended have loved this Dental Office! Dr. Vinh is the best there is! Extremely patient and very knowledgeable. He goes above and beyond to make sure the patient is comfortable and well taken care of. The staff members are friendly, warm and sweet. I cannot recommend this dentist office enough!!! I plan to use them for all of my And my family dentistry needs.

My experience here was the absolute best!! I have never been to adentist office where the entire staff greeted me, smiled and was so friendly. Dr. Dang was so thorough with everything and showing me my treatments. He made it extremely simple to understand and everyone treated me with such care. They provided me with payment options that were affordable and showed a genuine interest in getting me treated and taken care of. If I could give them 20 stars I would. Highly recommend and will be back to complete my treatment With NW dental.
