Watch out when you speak to a manager on the phone regarding test results. A manager said if I didn't let her talk "it won't end well". Sorry but I took that as a threat. Poor customer service! Because of one person I will never use any Nuvance provider again!

Where do I begin???... Where Do I Begin When It Comes To "Primary Care Kingston Medical Mall?"... Being born with disabilities & illness, I've been under a doctors care, forcwhatcseems like forever. I've had good & bad experiences, and due to my own healthcare I've become a PCP Guru, lol! I know a good doctor when I get one. I had a brief experience with Nuvance at Ulster, when considering bariatric surgery. However, I wasn't a good candidate - too many surgeries already. Then I stumbled across an AWESOME podiatrist, Dr. Gomez - SEE HIM, YOU WILL LOVE HIM, lol! But this wasn't where the amazement began. I had looked thoroughly at the residents & doctors available. I chose one, when they were Sunriver - which I left due to poor work and followup. But I was able to keep my PCP, as she

One of the worst experiences I've had with a doctor. I was a little bit late, which yes, was on me but nothing too crazy, maybe 10 minutes. I went in to see the nurse and she was extremetely rude to me and rushing me since I was the last patient of the day. This has to do WITH MY HEALTH, was not a good feeling. Then I see the doctor and he was downright condescending and also, very rude. Didn't really help, not even a little bit and I left feeling really uncomfortable with that entire experience. If you don't like helping people then DO NOT WORK IN HEALTHCARE. They weren't passionate, educated or even caring. Spoke to a friend who works in health and apparentely this place has an awful reputation. I wouldn't go here unless you want very mediocre advice and to be treated like garbage.

I was about twenty minutes late to my appointment yesterday and the doc wouldn't see me. David is one of the rare docs that's actually punctual, so okay, I understand. I blame it on the brain fog (why I'm going.) I swear I scheduled it online a few days before at 11 am, though. I had a text confirming the time Monday for Tuesdays appointment. I didn't realize I had a voicemail that indicated they moved my appointment up fifteen minutes and another text stating the change, I thought it was an accidentally sent duplicated message. So the office last minute changed my time by fifteen minutes and I got penalized for being fifteen minutes late and no one mentioned this detail. Wonderful. I can't see the doctor for the appointment I made in August, the same exact way I made this appointment bec

I had an appointment with the neurologist. I arrived on time I sat in the waiting room and no one called me up. There were 3 receptionist behind the desk and not one asked if they could help me. I wish people like that would show more mercy. Treat people like they want to be treated. I was there for a reason, and couldn’t see the neurologist because no one helped me; it’s really sad. Now I must find another neurologist where people are treated with respect regardless of the color of their skin. I believe that’s why I was treated the way I was. The person that was there when I got there was Caucasian, she was spoken to politely, treated with respect, she finished and walked away. The 3 receptionist never acknowledged me, none of them ever looked me in the eye. So I walked out! All I can say
