Tracy Vitulli Acupuncture and Massage

I’ve been dealing with constant neck and upper back pain for nearly four years and had tried just about everything... physical therapy (twice), massage, posture work, and exercise... but nothing really alleviated it. After just two sessions of acupuncture with electrostimulation (I'm not actually sure what it's called exactly) and deep tissue massage with Tracy, I started experiencing a level of relief I hadn’t felt before. I’m not completely cured, but the difference is incredible. My range of motion has increased significantly, and the pain is now manageable, whereas before it was driving me insane. I’m planning to continue with a few more sessions to see how much further we can improve things. In the meantime, I’m unbelievably grateful for the progress so far.

Tracy was able to provide me with an exceptional service. While i was suffering from back pain and muscle spasms she used acupuncture, electric stimulation and deep tissue massage to give me relief. After a few sessions I was back to normal and feeling like myself. Highly recommend.

I would highly recommend Tracy! I've gotten a few massages from her when I've pulled muscles in my neck and back that left me feeling very stiff and stuck. One massage with her got me up and moving again! She does deep tissue with pressure point release. The massage is gentle yet she's able to get very deep without having to manipulate you a lot. She's also very communicative and attentive, couldn't recommend her more

Tracy has truly amazing hands—gentle yet strong—and an incredible ability to find exactly where to work to release deep tension. I’ve really enjoyed working with her during my healing from brain surgery. Being in her care has helped me release so much tightness in my neck, shoulders, and back, and it’s been such a relief.
