I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Kate. She is incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and warm in her approach. From the very first session, she made me feel comfortable and supported. I left every appointment feeling better physically and more confident, with a clear understanding of exactly what I should be doing at home to continue making progress. One thing I especially appreciate is that she provides videos of all the home exercise assignments, which makes it so easy to reference them later and ensure I’m doing everything correctly. That extra level of care and clarity really sets her apart. I highly recommend Dr. Kate to anyone looking for a skilled and compassionate pelvic floor physical therapist!

Dr. Kate is phenomenal! Not only is she extremely knowledgeable about pelvic floor issues, she is also extremely knowledgeable about strength training, how to train during pregnancy, and she was extremely encouraging throughout my entire pregnancy about modifications/Being OK with slowing down a little bit. I loved my appointments with her and would hands-down recommend anyone to her; she is extremely personable, so I feel like I gained a good friend as well! We paid out-of-pocket for all of my care with her and I would do it again in a heartbeat. The bodywork that she performs alone is worth the money, but on top of that amazing component, she helped me feel comfortable and confident in my pelvic floor as I am preparing for my third baby. Dr. Kate is truly one of a kind. Not only is she an expert in all things pelvic floor, she looks at her patients as a whole and treats the entire body. You will not get a cookie cutter PT experience or program here. You will get a customized, personal program with your goals in mind. Dr. Kate encouraged me and pushed me to do things I never thought I’d be able to do, especially being 3 months postpartum. She’s given me the confidence and strength to lift my heavy toddler and my 3 month old’s big carseat without hurting myself. I recommend her to all my friends who are moms and anyone who might have a pelvic floor issue. As a physical therapist myself, I’d say I’m pretty picky with who I would trust with my care and I can’t recommend Dr. Kate enough!

I found Dr Kate after a poor experience with a more commercial PT provider. I had significant SI pain and was seeking guidance to feel more confident with my first birth. Dr Kate helped me achieve a pain free pregnancy and gained the confidence to have a pleasant birth experience. Dr Kate performed a thorough phone and physical assessment and addressed the root cause of my pain rather than addressing symptoms. She is a great PT and I am very thankful to have found her.

Dr. Kate is amazing! Even in the few sessions that I’ve had with her, I have seen such a difference in my pelvic floor strength and just my overall confidence as a postpartum mama. Absolutely recommend her without a doubt. She is so kind, so gentle, so considerate, and has been extremely encouraging to me and reminding me to take care of myself.
