Nursing Home

I’m here for physical rehabilitation I live 24 hours in pain and I’m on pain meds and the nurses don’t care what so ever. I have seizures and anxiety attacks they don’t care. They don’t give meds on time they don’t give PRN meds when asked. I’m alone here . I use the call light it takes 2-5 hours before the nurse will come . I see the techs more than the nurse. Even when I’m having my seizure episodes they don’t check on me so they don’t know when I have them . I’m scared here I’m alone here. My NP savanna and physical therapy group care but no one else . I didn’t ask to be in pain 24 hours a day I didn’t ask to be in a wheelchair cos I hurt this bad this is not where I ever thought my life would be like. I didn’t ask for this. But now I’m in a place where my well being is not important. I

It is an unbelievable situation. This place, I have been racially motivated against by a registered nurse by the name of Yvonne she was suspended because of it. then a second altercation. Between Patty another nurse and I she used foul language and telling me to get out of the way while another patient had called nine-one-one and all I did was hard for someone to come help him and then I'm being the one that's been made out to be the heavy and all of it. The director or the administrator his name is Ben has threatened to call the psychiatric team to come out because I want AMA out of their facility. Then I'm told that they want to give me a senitive to help me calm down so I'll go to sleep in their facility Well that is not working for me at all because I think that is that is a shame with

My father was admitted into this place about 8 months ago. He was bit by a tick about 20 years before he came to Grace Healthcare of Whites Creek. They didn't have the proper staffing to rehabilitate him after his hospital stay. I had medical power of attorney over my father, and repeatedly, I asked them to take him off of Depacote medication that they were giving him. The director and head nurse told me "You are not in charge of how your Father is taken care of here.....We are". I told them again, they better get my father off Depacote, or he was going to be leaving. Depacote treatment is not approved by the FDA. Reluctantly about three weeks later after my initial request, they took him off the Depacote. The day after they took him off the Depacote medication, they had his matt

This facility evicted my mother illegally after making complaints to them. My parents have both been neglected in this facility and is under investigation. They get less than a 0 rating for this. There are some good people that work here but i guess money means more to them than ethics and patient rights

Such a wonderful facility. A great staff and rehab program
