I waited until we were with NurseSpring long enough to make an honest, fair review. I am reviewing as a parent and as an employee. Prior to coming to NurseSpring I was having a very hard time getting appropriate staffing for my son. Coming to NurseSpring the office is much smaller as far as staff than I'm used to dealing with in the past. But as they say, more doesn't necessarily mean better! Our main go to staff are Reginald (DON) and Jennie (Recruiting and Staffing Mgr). Reginald is very much a hands on and personable DON and is always available to answer any questions that I may have as a Parent and a Staff Member. This home health agency is the best your going to get. I have been with several home health companies and Nurse Spring is the ONLY agency that is going to actually staff a case 24/7. I love my nurses that come to help care for my daughter. The office staff do everything that they can do to be sure she has a nurse. Mr. Skip is AWESOME. He cares for the families Nurse Spring service AND the employees!
