They have a lot of Physical therapists onsite and even ones assigned to me were very good. Physical therapy works best as a partnership. Alongside the therapist’s expertise, I had to take up the responsibility for consistently performing the recommended exercises and stretches and they were very encouraging in providing the routine feedback on my progress , their app is also super convenient to follow thru via Audio feedback. Appreciate their thoughtful diagnosis and the way they prescribed rehabilitative movements with clear reasoning—targeting weaker muscles rather than overloading the stronger ones. The team's emphasis on core-strengthening routines to address issues at the source, rather than treating only the symptoms, was super valuable!
