From my initial consultation to the day of my surgery, everyone on Nu Image's team was understanding, considerate and thorough. During my consultation, they walked me through the surgical process, talked me through my concerns and prescribed me an anxiolytic for the surgery day so I would feel more comfortable. Everyone in the Brier Creek office is fantastic. Dr. Kamoh is so kind and has great bedside manner. Her assistant, Nick, is wonderful. I love the warm blanket that they give you while you’re there. I had an implant and had local anesthesia. I felt no pain at all. There was confusion around my insurance after I retired and a lot of back and forth with Lila and Amber. They were so patient with me. Everything was finally sorted out. I couldn’t be more pleased. Highly recommend.
