They scheduling is truly not up to part if they give you an appointment please before you leave confirm your date.. this the second time Nsu messed up my appointment.. and this go round the insurance lady gave me Jan 12th than ran my insurance called me back gave me Dec 13 which is scheduled for tomorrow once my insurance covered what I needed called to confirm time come to find out she never put it in.. been in pain over 4 months nobody could give a sooner appointment currently pregnant with tooth pain is horrible.. so I guess back to the hospital in wait it out till Jan 12th... Oh I forgot told me if I get a sooner date for tomorrow instead of my insurance which would cover my work told me I'll have to pay out of pocket even though I was told my insurance fully cover so it shouldn't matt

From the initial consultation, I was so impressed with the clear and thorough explanation of my treatment plan. The student dentist and supervising faculty took the time to walk me through each step and provided a detailed breakdown of all the costs involved. I truly appreciated the upfront honesty and the fact that there were no hidden fees or surprises along the way. It made the entire process much less stressful knowing exactly what to expect in terms of both time and finances.

I cannot say enough Nova and the student who helped me, Rafal Cymer. As a veteran, I was glad to hear of the program. Nova offers for dental work. Rafal contacted me offering the service, I expressed my concerns since I needed 2 implants done. He said they could handle it, no problem! It was a first class experience from beginning to end. Communication was perfect. Everyone I greeted was wonderful. I cannot say enough about this program! Hats off to Rafal and the whole dental team at NSU!

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Doctor Rafa Cymer for the past two years to get not my dental back but my whole self. I’ll explain as this dental work that Nova Dental did for me through the VA program was amazing it wasn’t only about bringing my teeth back but a smile to my family, friends, coworkers . Doctor Cymers compassion towards me was genuine and showed every time I showed up for like my 25 visits even coming from out of town, he made sure my visit was productive for both. He was very communicative as the procedure went in and progressed from zero to completion finally last month .
