Now & Zen- Massage Therapy

Adding to this review. 4 years later Lisa is still my go to therapist in Mitchell! Lisa provides a very relaxing and comfortable environment, she is gentle when needed and will get into problem areas as needed with feedback from her clients to be sure they are NEVER uncomfortable. Lisa's experience, dedication to her business and personality is what I love about Now and Zen. Fyi, she is booking a few weeks out, so get your self care appointment reserved before you NEED it! I am maybe a tad addicted to massage, and I'm proud to say so! Massage is something everyone should experience and enjoy! My first review, 4 yrs ago- Best massage I've ever had. I've been a regular here for a while and feel so awesome each time I leave.
