Lewis Family Drug - Main St, Mitchell

It is incredibly frustrating to me that the people either don't think to reach out to you when there is a problem with your prescription or just honestly dont care. I requested my refill 2 days ago. I go today and they dont have it. But say they will fill it and to come back. So I do that and then they say they cant fill it. It was filled elsewhere over a week ago. Kept in mind both times I was there I had to wait in line. The first time over 10 mins. Why could no one call me? Why do I have to go and ask repeatedly? Have some care for your customers. Its a Friday afternoon. Dr office is not open. What am I supposed to do now?!

The pharmacist and staff at lewis n main are knowledgeable and helpful. The drive thru is a wonderful service.

My prescription wasn't ready but they were very friendly, fast and, helpful. The store was very nice and clean.

lazy employees!! had to see if they had my prescription, they didn’t. my provider send it over, then it took me over an hour to get here. just for them to say that they are just getting it, as I see people leaning around, laughing and chatting. this has happened multiple times but I had only gone thru the drive window. the Lewis on Havens is tenfold better. also the people seem very stuck up

The employees have always been so helpful and so kind! We can request prescription refills or OTC items and the product is always delivered to Countryside within a day or two. If we don't understand a process or charge, they can always explain with more details. We appreciate their wonderful service when we can't be there for our loved one.
