Now Hear This - Hearing Aids & Audiology

My mother had her hearing aid separate and we needed a repair asap. It was on a Friday, after new years day. Every place I called was closed even though this was technically a business day and this clinic was open and had us to come in to fix her hearing aid. If they hadn't been open when every office was closed for extended "holiday hours", she would have had to wait till Monday. When had places to go, things to do, which required her to be able to hear well. The staff was wonderful helping us. I can't thank the office manager enough for making the decision to keep their business open when other hearing aid clinics choose to close their offices even after the new year holidays were over. We were here visiting family and my husband's hearing aid stopped working. We got an appointment within 24 hours. They were professional, efficient and very helpful. Within 45 minutes we had a working hearing aid. We appreciated the excellent service we received and would recommend them in a heartbeat.

My mom has been going here for several months to get a hearing aid. The doctor has been a pleasure to work with, but the receptionist is horrendous. They canceled her appointment as she was walking in because they overbooked - she lives 45 minutes away! She came back because the hearing aid wasn’t working and was told they would only see her if she paid $25. There was no one waiting or anything and the hearing aid hadn’t worked since she left before. The receptionist again told my mom that no one else could speak with her until she paid the “no appointment fee”. My mom tried to make an appointment and was then told that they were booked out. I don’t understand how they can run a business like this.

I love NOW HEAR THIS RALEIGH! They are professional, helpful, friendly and efficient. I have had my hearing aids for two years and my hearing is so much better. I am happy I went to them!

The office staff is professional and my appointment started on time. The tests were simple no pain at all. I recommend them highly.
