Novato Community Hospital

This review is for the Diagnostic Center at Novato Community Hospital. Carol at the front desk, who checks in anyone who is getting testing at this hospital (non-emergency) was super helpful when I showed up with a "stat" lab order from my doctor for an ultrasound. Ultrasounds here are typically scheduled, and I really appreciate that Carol spoke to the ultrasound tech on duty to ask if it was even possible for me to be seen same day. There were no guarantees, but I was offered to wait for 2 hours in case there was an opening, and after 2 hours the ultrasound tech was able to see me. Both Carol and the ultrasound tech were very competent at their jobs and caring. Huge "thank you" to both!

I was at this facility for a colonoscopy. Everyone was top shelf. Thank you and a shout out to Dr. Prushani and my anesthesiologist Lawrence and most of all Kelly (Michigan)and Annette!! Everything went by the numbers and right on schedule.

If you are in pain, need medical help, or if there is any reason for people to judge your appearance, I would truly hope for you that you do not go here, and I do not say that because I have had a bad experience and I have spite for this place, I say it because I have twice been treated prejudicially and unprofessionally here, and, I don’t know where that leaves me, but, no matter who you are I don’t wish it on you. I don’t know who reads Google reviews before going to a hospital. I needed medication to bridge a refill, I went here, they treated me disrespectfully, I left. Tonight, I have severe fluid build up from a back injury, I am losing sensation in my feet, fingers, my pain is spreading, I needed a diuretic to clear the fluid gain so that I could start a water fast, have a natural c

Best infusion place we’ve been to. Clean and modern. Own room. Very friendly and mostly competent nurses. Just had infusion number 26. All good.

A year ago this week I went to the emergency room for an infection five weeks after a hip replacement. The attending physician and nurses were great. I was admitted and was in the hospital for six nights. Everyone was professional, friendly and I felt I was under great care. From the doctors, nurses, CNA's, therapists, food attendants, and anyone else that came in my room, I was very impressed. The health professionals work long hours and should be recognized. This is a long overdue thank you. No more pain!
