Whatever Ben is doing, it is working. I went to him 14 weeks after shoulder surgery. I still had a lot of aching and was struggle with mobility of my shoulder capsule. After 3 sessions, I am doing much better - little aching and mobility is improving. Ben is very personable and knowledgeable.
