Novant Health Urgent Care – Red Bank (Formerly Doctors Care)

I took my son in for something in his ears as the school nurse called and said he was complaining about his ears and had something in both ears. The doctor that checked his ears and said it was wax only and he has an ear infection. Today 4 days later school calls again something is in his ears still. I am at a different urgent care and they cleaned his ears and found a q-tip cotton his ear. Nicole didn’t even bother to clean his ears to make sure. Incompetence at its finest.

No cars or people waiting in the waiting area thinking you will be in and out. Thats a joke! Don't come to this URGENT care and if you do bring lunch because no sense of urgency here. (1 car is mine)

It wasn't posted online that they were closing at 5 for Christmas Eve, and so we arrived two minutes before they closed. Everyone was very kind and compassionate, despite having to stay a little longer. We were in and out to get my daughters medicine quickly, and I'm incredibly grateful of the care and the staff's understanding.

They call it "Urgent Care" but you better pray it's not urgent as you'll probably be dead by the time they see you. Wife had a big scare while eating dinner and thought she got some food stuck in her throat and was in immense pain so I rushed her here as it was way closer than the ER. There was only a couple of people in the waiting room so figured it would be faster than driving to the ER and waiting. After about 30 minutes of being in the waiting room, we were escorted in the back (wife is still in pain at this stage). Then we proceed to wait almost another 2 hours without seeing anyone and the wife's pain was finally subsiding so we just left and took the risk that her throat was just scratched. All in all, I wouldn't recommend coming here at all unless you're not in any pain and feel l

The whole staff was absolutely awesome! They were super friendly and got us in and out quickly. Kaylee helped us from start to almost finish and was an absolute joy to add to our day!
