Novant Health Urgent Care – Orangeburg (Formerly Doctors Care)

My daughter had a had an accident with her nail gun. She was in a great deal of pain. We went to this Urgent Care. The front desk people were pleasant. Overall, we had a great experience. We did not have to wait long, and the doctor was very helpful. Unfortunately, I do not remember any names of the people that I dealt with.. But we had very good care there all the way across the board.

The worst place for urgent care. Me and my daughter have been sitting here for 3 hours. People have gone who have been here before us and people have left who came after us. I am not a fan of Orangeburg medical care and now I know why, because they don't care. If you need medical care please take yourself or loved one to Columbia or Charleston it will be well worth it the drive.

Very nice people in the office. The Doctor saw me quickly and identified my symptoms. Prescribed exactly what I needed. Feeling much better today.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. This place was the closest to my hotel. I’ve been passing through S.Carolina when I’ve encountered a healthy problem I’ve been the first patient there and after gave my information and filled in the papers I’ve asked the staff how long is going to take to be seen. She replied “not long “ . Explained her I’m in a hurry and my reasons. She told me to give her the credit card to pay $199 for the visit. After she changed me, immediately she told me they are taking the appointments first and then me. This is totally wrong, she should’ve told me that before charging me and before I’ve payed and signed the paper stating that I’ve received services.Really don’t like dishonest , deceiving people. The staff and doctor was very professional, the doctor listened and they take their time to make sure they take care of your needs. The wait time to be seen was great. I received excellent care.
