Novant Health Urgent Care – North Augusta (Formerly Doctors Care)

This Urgent Care has great service. My wait time was very short. The customer service representative was very friendly. The nurse was friendly and very helpful and thorough. I met with the doctor very quickly. She was very helpful, thorough and knowledgeable, as well as friendly. I have been going to this urgent care when it was Doctor’s Care. The service is still top notch!!!

Today I felt horrible, body aches, headache, sinuses and lungs really bothering me. The care I received was awesome. Jahne was so nice, understanding, and professional as soon as I walked in. Kayla was very polite, understanding, and knowledgeable about what it would take for me to feel better. Shana and Danielle were very professional and polite, easy to speak with, and everyone had a beautiful smile!!!! Thank you all so very much for making me feel better!

This establishment has been nothing but a disappointment and a poor excuse for an urgent care facility. The person taking my vitals initially was writing on her glove she was wearing, forgot to even record my weight, barely asked me any questions about why I was there and was cutting me off like she didn’t have time to be bothered. The PA was barely in the room, refused to give me an antibiotic after I explained I had been sick for 7 days and was getting worse and my lungs felt heavy and I was unable to get anything up. He told me to get off of all of the OTC meds I was taking such as Mucinex and Sudafed PE and that he would call me in a saline nasal spray and cough pearls. He told me that if I was concerned about my chest I could call the following Monday to see if they could get me in fo

We were there just before they opened at 8am and received quick and accurate service, and conveniently located for us in North Augusta. I was most impressed, though, that one of the doctors parked far from the building. This tells me he was thinking of his patients who don't have an official status as handicapped to qualify for those few close spaces but may be seeking urgent care because they are struggling to walk any distance. Do not go here. Rudest front desk staff I've ever met. The entire start will treat you like a fool. I went to Aiken ER and they were wonderful.
