Everyone has bad days. Patients should never recognize that an health care specialist is having a bad day! Great bed side manner is a learned skill. All health care specialists should have the basics learned before starting in the health care field, and only get better as experiences are learned. I had my vitals taken by the same person on 2 different days more than a week apart. On both days she was not only less than friendly, she seemed mad at the world. On the second visit she also had to irrigate my left ear. Again, no bedside manner and dealt with the procedure like it was the worst job on the planet! I am a registered nurse that works in Bluffton and have referred patients to this Doctors Care office many times over the years. A family member new to the area needed to get a physical and have a form signed so he could attend an adult day care program. Since he does not a PCP yet, I decided to use Doctors Care and I made an appointment for today. We registered online, I took off from work and we arrived a few minutes earlier than our scheduled time. When the receptionist asked why we were there and I informed her of the reason for the visit. She went to speak with the physician then came back and said that the physician refused to see us. What kind of doctor reuses to see a legitimate patient??? Not only will I not ever go there again.....I will no longer refer any anyone else the

This place is the worst. If I could give them less than one star I would. My prescription was sent to the wrong pharmacy. I went out of town I called twice in one day to get my prescription sent to the town I was in and they never sent it. How long does it take to send an electronic script. I will be using another urgent care center. This place doesn't care about it's patients. Awful.

I walked in, quite ill with a bad case of strep (which I obviously didn’t know yet). They saw me fairly quickly, prescribed medication, took my insurance and were very very nice. I felt so much better within a few days. So happy to know they are there

My kids’ pediatrician didn’t have any sick appointments available, so I took them to this urgent care for flu symptoms. From the moment we arrived, it was a nightmare. We sat in the lobby for over an hour after check-in, and then another two hours in a freezing exam room with two sick children. When I finally went to the front desk to ask for an update, the staff member rolled her eyes before checking. I overheard the nurse say we were next, but despite that, I saw other patients—who had checked in after us—leave before we were even seen. How is that possible or fair? If they don’t have enough staff, they should switch to appointments only or bring in another provider. There’s no reason flu test results should take this long, and it felt like we were either forgotten or intentionally ign
