I had my first experience with Presbyterian when I had an ablation last week. From the person at the lobby desk to the young man who transported me to the exit, EVERY single person was wonderful. I wish I could remember everyone's names .The lady at registration was very kind and helped me feel calm about the procedure. Wanda, my cna, was so caring and friendly and professional. My nurses ( Angela and Imari) were fantastic. They both went above and beyond to make sure I was ready. The OR tech and all of the employees in the procedure lab treated me with utmost respect. Mike, the "Bartender" listened to my concerns with anesthesia. Dr Okeagu was so professional and made sure that my husband and I understood each step of my visit. My post procedure team took excellent care of me and kept my

The only reason I'm giving a 2 star is because for the most part my mom has been given decent care. My mom's name is Mattie Bennett. She was transported to the ER December 30th from her primary doctor's office because of concerns. After running tests and imaging, she was admitted. I don't like the quality of care she receives on the weekends. Today she was given Dilaudid, which I feel was too strong for her. She's been sleeping for several hours, causing her to miss lunch but she finally woke up at 7:20pm. She is already weak and doesn't need to be missing any meals. And she hasn't had anything to drink but is on a catheter, so her skin is losing its color. I feel at this rate she'll become dehydrated. It seems as if the hospital has given up on her quality of care since her health has dec

Knocked this down to 1 star due to the amount of harassing phone calls Ive received since my visit. I will never come back simply because of this. I dont know why, but a number from Novant hospital calls me every 20 minutes. Nobody is on the line when I answer. I try to call back and it immediately disconnects. I have weeks of phone calls happening every 20 minutes from Novant. I blocked 2 of the numbers, but they keep coming through under other numbers. If theres no live human to make the call, stop calling me. This is pushing me to have to contact an attorney. I dont want to over something so ridiculous, but I will. I was seen on the 7th and its only the 27th... why so many dang calls?!!! Visited today 1/7/26 for severe chest pain and breathlessness. I went to Atrium ER first,

The bathrooms #3 and #4 are awful! We have been here since 5:45 this morning, and the bathrooms were dirty! We go to breakfast and come back (3 hours later), no change. I ask the security guard, and an environmental service employee came by. I asked about cleaning the bathrooms. It's not her area. She called the supervisor; supervisor said someone would be here shortly. 3 hours later - bathrooms are still the same. These are the bathrooms coming from the parking lot into the hospital. Floor #7 Visitors....Welcome to Novant Presbyterian Main.

This was the worst medical experience of my life and one of the worst days of my life. I came into the ER on January 1, 2026 with severe back pain. I could barely walk or sit or lay down. I was scared and in agony. My spine doctor later confirmed I was having herniation-level or worse pain with trifecta of acute issues happening at once. Yes, I was given strong pain medication which tells me they knew something serious was happening. But the way I was treated did not match the seriousness of my condition. I was left alone for long stretches of time (which I understand for January 1st), however, when I said my pain was getting worse, I was questioned instead of helped. When I tried to express my pain the nurse gaslit me and I was made to feel like I was exaggerating she also responded wi
