Novant Health Physical Therapy – Summerville (Formerly Progressive Physical Therapy)

There is adequate parking. There is one handicapped parking space. The building is clean and well lit. The staff is AMAZING!! The staff is very personable, patient, and works diligently with the patients. I thank them for their time, compassion and their expertise. You can tell that they love what they do. I've been to PT several time and I can honestly say this is the best place I've been.

The friendliest place I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to 😭❤️❤️ I thought when I had to go to physical therapy I’d feel super uncomfortable and not have a good time, but every time I go it’s laughs and I feel great working out and chatting with them. I’ve mentioned and recommended them to every friend and family member who needs physical therapy because I just feel so happy and comfortable coming in ❤️

I had been reluctant to try PT on my knee issue and did not know which office to go to for treatment. Progressive PT on Dorchester Road was my choice and I have been pleased with my decision. Meredith at the front desk, was very welcoming & accommodating when I made my appointment. The therapists, Alex & Sara are very professional & personable and make me feel comfortable during my treatment. They are so compassionate & caring to everyone who enters. I have received physical therapy at this location for several issues since August. Darren and Sara (and a few substitute therapists) were very knowledgeable in applying various treatment methods to address my needs. They also taught me a variety of stretches and exercises to use on my own. Due to my work schedule, I generally had to have the last appointment time of the day. The office assistant, Kelsey, was always so welcoming and helpful. They all showed great patience with me as I’d hurry in for my appointment. Along with the physical therapy, though, they truly made me feel cared for. I am very grateful for the impactful treatments and the compassionate care I received. I highly recommend this location to anyone who is in need of physical therapy.

Sara, Eric and Meredith at Progressive physical therapy are the best. They all make you feel like family and have fun at the same time. If you need a good physical therapist go see Sara aka (Little Ninja) and Eric aka ( The angel, really the Sargeant). They will definitely get you where you need to be. They are very compassionate about their work. So if you need a great therapist go to them. They are the best all around. Elizabeth Doran
