If I could give 0 stars I would. The staff at the front office are the most useless and hateful I’ve ever encountered at Novant. I explained my situation with my son and all they said was “we are booked for the whole day” would not even see him! I ended up Driving to Huntersville’s urgent care and they saw us right away even though they were booked, because of my son’s condition. Perfect example of “if they wanted to, they would”. Maybe train your staff to care better for their patients and don’t offer “walk ins” if you never have spots open.
They sat me in the waiting room, which was about empty and forgot about me. I waited almost an hour before going back to the desk.
Booked a phone appointment at 11:40 am and have to even wait at 1pm while my kid is sick.. all excuses
