Having never worn hearing aids but realizing that I need them, I thought the eplination by Clara was very helpful. She expalined the difference performance feature of the aids. And to my surprise did not recomend the highest priced. I feel comfortable with working with this office.

Dr. Anderson and staff did an excellent job for me throughout the entire process. The staff checked all the boxes to run a great office. Dr. Anderson is very thorough and clearly walked me through the entire hearing Aid process. She was patience, meticulous and professional throughout the process. From the detailed hearing tests (most thorough one I ever had), my options and more. She clearly explained my hearing loss and the best options for hearing aids. I would highly recommend this office to someone regarding hearing loss and considering hearing aids.

Went to Dr Anderson a few months ago to get fitted for new hearing aids. I work in an environment that is not very hearing aid friendly and very difficult to adjust hearing aids to adapt to my situation. She was so patient with me. We had many visits and tried two different brands, selected second brand and had to tweak the receivers and fine tune the settings. I finally can hear most of the conversations at work and very happy with the results. Dr Anderson went above and beyond the usual customer service for me and I appreciate all her help.

I needed to do some research on new hearing aids as mine were 3 1/2 years old and on the fritz. I found Carolina Health and Hearing through a link provided by UHC and connected with Cortland, the office mgr. She was prompt, pleasant and helpful and got me in about a week. I met with Dr. Anderson, who was also very pleasant and well info about options for me in the marketplace. They surely earned their 5 out of 5 rating.
