Novant Health Outpatient Pharmacy - New Hanover

Outpatient of Pulmonary Testing for Dr. Lisa Rose-Jones. Both very friendly, respectfully and professional. The pharmacy was very friendly and helpful ln every way.

Getting a bill in October 2024 that was already paid on August 6, 2024. Forget about calling the number on the bill, all you get is voicemail and no one bothers to return your call. I had to type a letter and mail it with proof of payment. So sad that the employees in this department and the supervisors don’t show any courtesy or respect.

I only use this pharmacy because I can't afford to go elsewhere. There is an issue with my meds every single time I need them. They have messed up my dosage more than once and given me the wrong prescription. They regularly say my meds will be ready around a certain time, and when I come to pick it up, they don't even have it in stock. The last time I was there one of the employees was behind the wall talking crap about me to the pharmacist, I don't know if she knew I was still standing there but that shouldn't really matter. Basically, if you can go to a different pharmacy, I highly recommend that. The people here are unprofessional and incompetent.

I love these hard-working people! Always ready with a smile, even when I can see it's a hard day. I highly recommend.

Called to fill a prescription and was informed they do not service the public. Stated that they are a closed door pharmacy. I am really glad Duke is not this way.
