My brother has had 4 cancer surgeries in this beautiful hospital which were VERY serious. His treatment has been stellar and the nurses are angels 😇! Dr. Sean Nassoiy is absolutely amazing & saved my brother's life every time! Thanks to each & every person involved in my brother James M. care. You are all wonderful! He had #4 surgery 3/3/2026 and sadly I could not be there. I live in Ohio & was kept informed all the way through his surgery. To the kind ladies that answer the phones & got my call to nurses station to check on my brother; I thank you from the bottom of my heart ❤️. We are so incredibly thankful for the care our baby received in the PICU. Courtney went above and beyond in every way — not only providing exceptional medical care, but also showing so much compassion and reassurance during such a scary time for our family. What meant the most to us was that even after we were moved to a different floor, she came to check on our baby. That simple act meant more than she probably knows. We will never forget Courtney’s kindness, dedication, and the comfort she brought to our family. The surgeons and surgery staff were absolutely amazing. I was recently discharged from the ER overflow wing and I just wanted to take moment to say how grateful I am for how well I was treated during my. Everyone from the physicians, ER staff, radiation, the nurses and their assistants. Everyone was fantastic and thank you so much for making a scary unpleasant experience as good as possible. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I reccomend this hospital to anyone in the area that finds themself in need.

I have had a stay of five days at Novant. It started in the ER and progressed to a regular room. I can say with the all my heart that the care I received was the best care that I believe I could have gotten anywhere. All the nurses that took care of me were.professional, compassionate and caring. I wish I could remember all their names and mention them all. I thank the nursing staff and hope your days are blessed for the rest of your lives. Thank you all with love

Currently in the er right now with two pulmonary embolisms and bunch of dvts in my left leg and I have to take a second to leave a review specifically for nurse ashley. I am so terrified, I have a two week old newborn at home and I need to be okay to take care of him and ashley was so unbelievably kind. She held my hand and told me everything was going to be okay and explained everything to me in the most gentle way possible. She reassured me they would save my life if it became a life solving problem and I just dont even have the words. She is a literal angel I wish she could've stayed with me the whole im here haha 💙💙 i dont know if youll see this review but thank you ashley.
