If you choose to seek care at this location be careful of what you say while talking to your doctor. I was seen for my yearly physical in August and during that appointment I informed the doctor I met with that I was dealing with a prior injury and that I had an appointment with a specialist outside of Novant. Somehow the doctor or their staff took that as an invitation to send my information to a third party facility for an MRI. Now the doctor never did any sort of examination on my shoulder and I was not given a copy of an MRI order when leaving. Imagine my surprise when some random facility started contacting me to schedule an MRI including a rude employee telling me I owe them hundreds of dollars for a service I never requested. My daughter went in today at 10:50am. She waited 2 hours and 22 minutes in the cold entryway (that’s where they told her to sit). Already not feeling well and she said there were people who came in after her that got seen first. She also said they did not look busy. I’m sorry I recommended this place to her, next time choosing Medac!!!! Very Disappointed! Do not recommend at all.

You would think working with sick people would give some people empathy but no. Do not come here if you want compassionate workers. Everybody that worked treated me like I had six heads except for the lady who checks you before the doctor, took over two hours and Melissa the nurse practitioner had the worst attitude known to man. Maybe they teach you the technical stuff at school but they definitely don’t teach empathy or emotional intelligence. Good riddance.

My doctor at Novant is an EXCELLENT, PROFESSIONAL ! I give him and his staff ✨️✨️✨️✨️✨️! However, the reception staff CONSISTENTLY VIOLATE people's personal information. They very loudly request patients names, addresses, dob, telephone numbers and patients emergency contact information. It is egregious beyond words! One patient provided his home address and the intake person asked "is that in Landfall?" The ASSumption that no one is paying attention or gathering the private information that is publicly announced is UNPROFESSIONAL and DANGEROUS in this age of the acquisition of private information. A driver's license, insurance card or ID should be sufficient. PLEASE STOP this violation of HIPAa! Also, the disrespectful practice of referring to patients by first names is a POOR business

AMAZING! I recently took my mother to the fast care. Dr. Marissa and her staff were amazing. Mom was in and out in no time. The doctor really cared about my mother and her health. A lady from the laboratory drew her blood and swabbed her right there in the room. She was efficient and got my mother in one stick which is very hard to do. She was Hispanic as are we. We shared a talk about our culture. She shared with us that her grandfather was from Puerto Rico and she was so personable with my mom and said you'll be in my prayers. That made us feel even more welcomed in this clinic. Diversity is so important. It makes patients feel good to know that medical staff cares. The check out lady was very kind and the process was quick. I will share this with friends and refer them to this clinic!!!
