I waited 2 months for this appt. Was told doctor was a little behind. Ok. Cool. After waiting 45 minutes I was told she was 60 minutes behind schedule. Waited a total of 75 minutes and no doctor. 15 minutes after walking out I got the appt canceled text message. If she wasn't even in the building I should have been told.

An absolutely amazing team from the front desk to the FNP Lois! We are beyond thankful we found this doctors office for our family! When Moving, trying to find a new doctors office is stressful but they made it an easy transition and treated us like family and every one of them had a smile on their face and a warm energy!

Dr Stoneking and her nurse Trinity were amazing! I felt so much better after seeing them. All my medical needs were addressed and I feel so lucky to have found such a wonderful practice!

Lois Iiames, FNP is nothing short of what we "used" to expect in healthcare but often do not receive from MDs these days. Most doctors in the ILM are in some specialty or another and find no joy in much-needed general family practitioners. And those that do have long waits for new patients. Upon my first appointment with her, Ms. Iiames wouldn't allow me to call her "Dr." Now I understand why: "Doctor" does not do her knowledge, skill, and bedside manner justice. She is personable, thorough, and very resourceful, keeping all the complicated six-syllable stuff in lay terms. She is sensitive to and gentle in paper-gown procedures, funny, and easy to be completely honest with. Just the type of person you'd want to be friends with had you not paid them to see you "nekkid."
