Amazing women working here who truly care. Mortricia was so kind and helpful and didn’t make me feel judged at all. I didn’t catch the provider’s name but you can tell that everyone here takes their job seriously and really sympathizes when you’re in pain. It was so refreshing to be treated like a human. Facility was very clean and I was seen right away. You can check in online so that is really helpful. In the event that you need care, choose this location.

We’ve been coming to this urgent care for about 2 years now. Today my daughter tested positive for Flu A and they wrote her a note Before results were back. Once results came back and confirmed Flu A we asked that the note be altered since Flu A is highly contagious. She was told they are not her primary care doctor so they can’t extend her time from school. But they can diagnose her? I was written out for a week when I had COVID, my son was written out for a week for Flu B, but Flu A, (fever, body aches, cough…etc) is ok to return to school in 2 days? So I need to pay another co pay elsewhere to receive a proper doctor’s note? Shame on them. They added a day after my husband asked for a diff note.

the place is exceptionally clean and the girls at the front desk were very pleasant however I got in a room (next to the scale) and the nurse/ma didn't weigh me she just asked me my weight and height furthermore she never introduced herself. Then she pulled out a nasal swab didn't tell me what I was being swabbed for (I was being swabbed for COVID which I found out much later) I wasn't given a chance to refuse being swabbed and no where is it posted that its protocol with certain symptoms. I am a retired medical professional and I know how patients are to be treated and what their rights are. Now my insurance company will have to pay for a test I really didn't want.I was hoping to get a round of antibiotics as I was miserable Dr said I had postnasal drainage and fluid behind my eardrums al

Lauren was wonderful! She's my hero! She was very kind, understanding and gentle. I came in with a cyst and major swelling and she handled me very gently and caring.
