Novant Health Colon & Rectal Surgery - Autumn Hall

Dr Sang found my issue on my very first appt with him from 4 month old imaging, and two years of being told I was fine nothing was wrong with me from other ignorant, rude doctors in our ER. He took me in scheduled my surgery, I did spend 30 days in the hospital bc of my condition. I can say his team/staff are the best in WILMINGTON! He is so generous, understanding, listens to your every concern and questions and gives you an answer. I can email his staff via MyChart and get a quick response. His nurses are the best! If you need a colon/rectal surgeon you will never regret meeting this man. Simply the best. I can say he has me back 75%, I actually look forward to my upcoming surgery and have all faith he will continue to get me back to feeling my best!!!

I've been calling for more than 2 hours and no matter which option I choose it just goes to a voicemail that says nobody's available and there's no voicemail setup. This is a poor excuse for how to treat patients. If they can't answer the phone then they definitely don't have capacity to treat patients.

I saw Dr. Sang and his assistant (I hate so much that I missed her name) today, and the care I received was incredible. I had a surgery last week with Dr. Fox (also amazing) and another surgeon, and began to experience a complication this week (no fault of the surgeons.. surgery is just a slippery slope). Faith listened attentively and found an appointment for me in the doctors' packed schedules. She is kind and polite, and I am so thankful for her. My nurse was gentle and patient. Dr. Sang and his teammate treated me with dignity and kindness, and I am eternally grateful.

Dr. Sang is a very compassionate physician that truly cares about his patients well- being and overall quality of life. He is knowledgeable about his profession and does an excellent job presenting all needed information during your appointment. So glad to have him as my doctor. Regards, Rebecca Clark

I would highly recommend Dr. Fox. She was very thorough and took the time to explain everything she was going to do. I was very nervous going to the appointment, however Dr. Fox made the experience less stressful. Every one from the front desk to Dr. Fox & her nurse were very friendly & helpful.
