I’m 28 years old, healthy and active. The past week, I have developed every symptom of meningitis besides a rash. Woke up this morning and could not get out of bed or turn my head. Went to the ER. Waited 6 hours to talk to a person about my issue. They tested me for things that honestly had nothing to do with my issue. They were skeptical that I even had an issue. Then told me that I was perfectly healthy and discharged me without giving me the tests that I requested. Adam Keyser was my provider. Oh and in his infinite medical wisdom, he told me that Advil would not have been able to reduce my fever or help me with the pain if it was meningitis…
Excellent service/treatment from checkin, triage, nurses, ct-scan team, doctor. Had fractured ribs from boating accident.
That's the only hospital I go to
