As a new patient, I had two appointments at this clinic this week and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. On my first visit, I arrived on time but waited about 45 minutes to be seen. During the appointment I had labs drawn and provided a urine sample and requested several routine tests and women’s health exams. I was told part of the exam would need to be scheduled for another appointment, so I returned the very next morning. During the first visit there was also an ear exam, and since that appointment I have had difficulty hearing out of my right ear and had to schedule an urgent ENT visit to ensure there was no damage. Do not go I am extremely disappointed with the care - or lack thereof — that I received at this office. My experience reflects serious issues with staffing, communication, and patient safety. I initially came in for a scheduled appointment that required fasting labs. When I arrived, there was no medical assistant available. I informed staff that I was experiencing heart palpitations and requested an EKG, which could not be performed. I left and went to work, assuming the issue was an isolated staffing problem. I rescheduled for the following Friday for fasting labs again. Despite having an 8:30 a.m. appointment, by 8:45 a.m. they were still calling other patients back, with only one medical assistant available. After waiting — once again while fasting — I had no choice but to leave and g

I came here for medical checkups in 2020 and 2021 and they were very attentive. However, today, because I have new health insurance, they refused to see me, even though they are included in-network for the new plan. The reason: they accept my health insurance only for current patients. The fact that they have my records on file wasn't sufficient. As a university sponsored office, serving the community, I thought they would look for ways to accommodate rather than finding excuses to turn you away.

Dr. Hardy is top tier. He shares his knowledge in way that makes sense , he communicates very therapeutically noting everyone of my concerns . He makes it very Clear what the plan is . It is important to me as a patient that my healthcare provider shows compassion , care , and gives me time. He is very receptive and saves me a lot of money due to him addressing my concerns rather than referring me to an urgent care. During the monkey pox outbreak he wasn’t afraid to see me when I had concerns. Not all providers exhibit that type of willingness and courage . As a seasoned registered nurse , I see numerous physicians and work with them . Dr. Hardy’s bedside manner is one of the best I’ve ever seen . He definitely makes a difference in my life and no doubt many others . Thank you Doctor !

Dr. Hardy is truly the best doctor I have had in my life! I lived in La for almost 14 years and I had good doctors but no one can compare to Dr. Hardy in many aspects: knowledge, kindness, dedication and access. Since 2018 I have been trying to find a solution to few health issues and nobody could find it out of all my doctors but Dr. Hardy did. Also, he is so kind and caring that you can see that he loves what he does and we all want to have those doctors in our lives. And, Dr. Hardy was kind enough to give me personal number where we could communicate easy through texts and always took care of me in a matter of few hours. I mean I am speechless of this human being and his dedication! He is an Angel-Doctor! I wish Dr. Hardy nothing but blessings and prosperous career! Forever thankf
