My experience at the clinic was great. Lina, her assistant, and Dr.Lopez took very good care of my problem. I couldn't have asked for a very professional staff and dentists and soon to be dentists. I will definitely be back again before May to see Lina for other work. She will be an amazing dentist!!!

While the actual dental staff is great and deserve 5 Stars! Unfortunately, the administrative staff are not as efficient, it is a teaching institute and comprehensive. They book appointments and dont enter in system, they cancel appointments without notification. The staff do not have the qualifications to do their job, especially the supervisor. I cannot wait until my son completes this process, referred for the comprehensive services and its been frustrating. Bottom Line, do not trust a word you are told, not for time frames, appointments, not for accurate treatment planning, make sure you keep every piece of paper and request a written time frame, plan appointments ahead of time. I went in for a consultation for a dental implant. I was told that my first visit was going to be $120. Well, I gotta check up no x-rays and it was charged 150 when I questioned. They told me that the Doctor should look at my teeth. Well, that's what I went in for. Anyways, they gave me a second appointment. And then they told me that the consultation would be $120. Then I went to pay and that was charged 135, and the explanation was that my gums were examined by your Doctor to check the bone density, which I didn't agree to that. I did. N't requested that service. I just went to get one tooth extracted and then put it in an implant. And she end up taking the tooth out and putting a bone and membrane and I was giving a plastic cover with the whole sides of the whole which I have an origi

What a waste of time and money it was to have treatment at NSU odontology clinic for six months. Came out with my teeth in worse shape and over $2,000 poorer. Bureaucratic and out of touch with patients, this place was a big disappointment. Stay away, no matter if it sounds cheaper at first. You will end up spending hours on a chair with far in between appointment to accomplish very little. Take my advice.

NSU is the worst clinic in the world I reached out in May 2025 my paper work was lost I reached out again I wasn’t seen for an appointment until Oct 1st 2025 and scheduled for surgery Oct 16th 2025 days before my appointment I was contact by NSU the doctor had emergency oral surgery and couldn’t see me until Nov 20th 2025 it’s now Nov 12 2025 and I was contacted again that the doctor couldn’t see me and I’d have to reschedule to Dec 22nd 2025 or Jan 12 2026 some odd reason no one has a supervisor I can get into contact with I’ve been having oral pain for the last 7 months and they won’t help
