Nova Health pharmacy

(Written by Jeanne) We have moved from a rural area into CityLine, Richardson. Apparently there was miscommunication between me, a new doctor, and a new pharmacy, and some of my prescriptions got messed up. Since I’m 83, that is concerning. I called Nova Pharmacy, and Dr. Neveen got the prescriptions transferred, tracked down a previous doctor to request prescription renewal, and had the prescriptions for me the next day. Not only was she thorough and efficient, she took a personal interest in me and was exceptionally kind. I certainly recommend Nova Pharmacy and Dr. Neveen Nofal.

I was having trouble finding a Pfizer booster for my mom in Plano. I called Nova Pharmacy and Dr. Nofal was able to take care of us the next day! Bonus: they also have the Moderna vaccine, so I was able to get boosted at the same time! When you are dealing with elderly handicapped parents, the fewer outings, the better! Dr. Nofal was so accommodating and let my mom stay in the car to get her booster. She is so sweet and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. Nova Health Pharmacy is a great place to receive Covid vaccine. The pharmacist is so kind and patient.My daughter has received 2 shots there, and we are very happy with the service.

I am so impressed with this pharmacy! The pharmacist worked hard to find the exact medicine I needed, when it wasn't available at the other pharmacies. She took the time and effort to contact the dr. asking for alternative brands. She kept in the loop of information all the way through. She also made sure to get us the best price possible.
