I had a wonderful experience at Dr. Coutts' dental office during my daughter's appointment today. From the moment we walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed and at ease. Dr. Coutts was exceptional in addressing all of our questions and concerns with care and expertise. It's clear that he truly values his patients and their needs. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Maur and her entire team! I recently had a complete tooth removal followed by an implant and crown replacement, and from start to finish they were extremely transparent and talked me through every step of the process. They were incredibly patient, always checking in to make sure my nerves were okay and that I felt comfortable. They even let me wear my headphones during the removal, which was much appreciated. I had the music on so loud they could probably hear it too! That little touch made a big difference and helped keep me calm. Dr. Maur is truly a great doctor. This place is amazing, and I highly recommend it if you're exploring a new dental group! I have severe dental anxiety due to a traumatic experience with the military dentist; therefore, I must be gassed during my treatments. It was very difficult to find a dentist through the VA's Community Care network that offers nitrous. I was a bit nervous at first, but Samatha and Dr. Coutts helped make me feel comfortable and provided outstanding service! Samantha took time to explain things as she did my cleaning and definitely helped keep me calm. She answered all my questions and left me satisfied with the service. Outstanding first visit! Dr. Couttscr, Sourisa and Kayla were great! They were personable, professional and caring. They took several pictures of my mouth that helped determine what procedures I needed. They were also empathetic toward my nerves and made sure the cleaning was comfortable.
