Norwood Urgent Care in Walpole

The Walpole Urgent Care facility and team are truly among the best I’ve ever experienced. The staff is attentive, the facility is clean and spacious, and they offer many services that other urgent care centers don’t. I’ve visited for several medical reasons, and every step of the process has been excellent—from check-in to seeing a provider, receiving lab results quickly, having an X-ray, checking out, and even follow-up care. I felt well cared for the entire time. Their hours are convenient, I was seen promptly, and I left confident that my needs were met. Dr. Darwish, the Medical Director and an owner, saw me personally and was remarkably thorough, attentive, and kind. The two medical assistants who saw me were equally so. This was much better than any GP or ER experience I’ve had in a very long time, which is not what you’d expect from an urgent care facility. Outstanding.

I would NOT recommend this place. The nurse practitioner Alicia was clearly having a bad day and took it out on me. Very unpleasant and condescending. Not what I anticipated in a healthcare environment! The wait time was very inaccurate as well.

Genuinely some of the best doctors here and the treatment they provide is stellar, came in with rebound headaches and within probably an hour it the pain was gone. 10/10 and would recommend to anybody else that needs to go to an urgent care. It’s worth the drive
