Worst front office & billing experience ever — BEWARE! Dr. Runnels was great — professional, kind, and clearly knows what she’s doing. Unfortunately, the front office and billing department are absolutely awful. I had prior authorization for my visits, yet they still made me pay $195 out of pocket for my first appointment back in April 2025. My insurance has since paid them for that visit and the others, but instead of refunding me the $75 I overpaid (after accounting for three $40 copays), they’ve ignored me completely. It’s now been six months, and despite multiple calls and emails, nobody has responded or resolved the issue. Needed a tooth extracted fairly quick read the reviews and thought if half are right I should take a chance. WOW these folks are amazing first the two ladies Krystina and Carmen are amazing made me completely relaxed and at ease. Now the reviews said Dr Kurt Herman was good the past reviews were misleading he is extremely good pulled my tooth never felt a thing he not only told me everything he was going to do but also took the time to listen to my concerns. I was in the chair and out in less than 20 minutes woke this morning no pain no swelling nothing

Dr Herman is a wizard. The wisdom teeth extraction (two, one after another) took just a few minutes, I couldn't believe it ended so fast and painlessly. The doctor talks to you throughout the treatment, the extraction went smoothly and as planned. The atmosphere is calming, nurses are attentive and professional. True, I waited 30 minutes longer than expected, but it was definitely worth it. Take a good book with you :)

My mother scheduled to have an infected tooth taking out and because of medical history needs to be put out to have tooth removed. They said they would contact her when there was an opening in the hospital. Waited months no call back. She called the office back saying her tooth is getting worse and needed antibiotics. They said they would order antibiotics then later that day called and left a message saying they would not be taking her case and to go else where. So unprofessional! You’re dealing with someone’s life here. Your delay in care could compromise the health of my mother! Shame on you! Don’t go here!!

Simultaneously professional and compassionate. Each member of the team treated our family with empathy and used their skills and experience to problem solve ways to treat a patient with dementia. Highly recommend.
