I had a great experience working with the physical therapy staff at both the Norwood and Needham offices. The teams at both locations were extremely professional, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visits. They took the time to thoroughly understand my injury, explain the treatment approach, and make sure I was comfortable with each exercise and stage of rehab. What stood out most was their strong knowledge of sports injuries and sports-specific rehabilitation. They clearly understand how to tailor recovery programs to help patients safely return to activity while building strength, mobility, and confidence. Their entire staff is great friendly, knowledgeable and attentive to all my needs. Carroll is my therapist, she's amazing and I highly recommend Norwood Physical Therapy.

I love the team at Norwood Physical Therapy! Everyone is so friendly and helpful! Carol, Andrea and Barbra listen and problem solve for every patient! My mom went to NPT for years. She raved about the care they gave her. She was aging at the time yet NPT knew exactly how to handle her needs. She was kept active until almost 90 yrs old, thanks to the team at NPT. My family and I are truly grateful for the incredible staff and ownership at NPT - they know how to treat people.

I called on today to schedule an appointment. When I provided my work insurance information, the staff member assumed my claim wasn't active and asked for secondary insurance. She didn't check my current insurance to verify its status before jumping to conclusions, and I was denied the ability to schedule an appointment. This was frustrating, as it delayed my ability to receive physical therapy. It would have appreciated her checking my primary insurance before making assumptions. When questioning the process the person on the phone said “it seems like there’s an attitude and we don’t want to treat you here” when all I was doing is questioning why they are not confirming with my insurance (which is active and given her a claim number phone number and adjuster) .
