The staff at Norwichtown Veterinary Hospital are professional and friendly and show a genuine interest & concern for my pets and offer very helpful suggestions for ongoing care & needs. I was able to get an appointment to fit my schedule within a week for a recent annual visit. They have email & text reminders & contact which is very helpful. Recently I had an emergency with my almost 19-year-old poodle. I called and was able to bring her right in. Unfortunately, she passed away on the way to the office. The care Fenrir was provided was above and beyond any that we have ever experienced before. It was a life and death situation and the staff was caring, kind and communicated with us constantly. Dr. Trotter did a great job with the surgery. Taylor went over our after surgery instructions. She was very through, professional and kind. She answered every question even staying late because there was a lot to go over. We left feeling confident that we were able to care for our pup after this surgery. Making the decision to switch to this practice was the best thing I have done since moving here 3 years ago. They are remarkably thorough, professional, and knowledgeable all while being kind and easy to work with. They even found a mistake in the dosing of one of my dog's messages! Every staff person has my dog's health in mind and treats me courteously with every call or visit. It is a remarkable group of professionals.

Had a very sad and distressing situation happen yesterday afternoon. I found one of my cats passed away on the floor of my home after coming home from work. I rushed him to the Norwichtown Vet and they immediately took him in and had me sit in a room to grieve with him. They were exceptionally compassionate, allowing me to "ugly cry" and vent about him, and gave me as much time as I needed. They went over all burial options, answered any questions I had and did an autopsy. I had results an hour later. He had a heart condition that is common in young cats. Again, I am impressed with how quickly and professionally they handled the unexpected situation. I barged in there hysterical and ridiculous and they dealt with the situation amazingly and that means the world to me in this already devast
