My good friend's mother was a resident here and my aunt was as well. Neither of us had any complaints. The staff was not only attentive but beyond accommodating. Polite, caring and hard working. I now have a friend whose mother is coming here based on my recommendations. Five stars!

Nursing homes get a bad rap I have to say my overall experience was very good. My dear friend was Terribly compromised. The staff was always forthcoming when I visited. Nursing homes are very difficult to work in. I can't justify anything but a very good experience. The Staff works hard and remain Dedicated to their Patience.

All of the staff here are lazy, incompetent, unprofessional, and negligent to their patients. The place is smelly, filthy, and the food is not edible. I discharged my mother 1.5 weeks earlier than planned because this facility was horrific. The staff was annoyed when we interrupted their personal conversations to ask for a progress report on our mother. This place should be shut down permanently. We were so disappointed and disgusted.

There is a CNA on west wing named sherry. She works almost every night I had been there visiting my family member. I wouldn’t ever trust my relative with her again. She is rough with the patients she is rude and I always hear her talking bad about the people she works with in the patients rooms and at the desk. I even heard her speaking about other patients in front of visitors isn’t that illegal. This is highly unacceptable and it really makes your facility look bad. I thought I caught her on a bad day because I know they have a lot on their plate but I saw her that way multiple times. It’s terrible that me as a family member feels like this I can only imagine how the patients feel having to deal with her every night. If I could leave 0 stars, I would because 1 star is too generous. All the staff here are lazy, incompetent, and negligent to their patients. Patients' call lights are on for hours before they decide to get up and help them. When my grandfather was there, he was wheelchair bound, and they had him get up and walk without a knee! My grandmother was sitting uncomfortably in her room for 2 hours, because the staff thought it was more important give out hot meals to the entire wing. My father had to track down the APRN for half an hour, while my grandmother was suffering from what we now know was pneumonia and not congestive heart failure like the APRN said. 100% would NOT recommend this facility and it needs to be shut down. Literally go anywhere else for rehabilitation, and not this dungeon of
