Such a polite and accommodating staff. I was seen for an emergency on very short notice, and even though they were busy, I was still given their full attention and care. I truly appreciated how attentive and professional everyone was. I have had some bad experiences with previous dental offices, but Dr. Petropoulos made me feel very comfortable. I didn’t even feel the needle when he numbed the area. He communicated everything clearly and kept me calm, even though I was in a lot of pain. I will definitely be continuing my care with Norwich Smiles Family Dentistry.

This review is about the appointment making experience, not the practice itself. The only option to make an appointment appears to be to call them. I'm sure they have their reasons for this, but it seems rather old-fashioned and limited. Personally, I am someone who detests talking on the phone, and there are lots of us out there. I avoid it like the plague - the last thing I use my phone for is to make or receive a phone call. This is becoming increasingly common in today's digital world. When I tried to contact the practice on their website, there was no option but to call. So I decided to actually go there in person. Great solution, right? Today is literally the day I got my normal life back. For the past 3 yrs I have secluded myself from family and friends, clubs and date nights with my wife due to my front tooth being chipped and rotting also with a brown and grey color to it. But DR.Volant and his assistant Mrs.Latmore changed all of that. He saved my front tooth by repairing my root canal. He saved my tooth and my social life. I cried when I seen my tooth. I am a 43 yr old father of 2 and I cried. Thank you Dr Volant and Mrs latmore for giving me back my life.

I've gone there for a year and a half now. An excellent dentist with lots of nice people. They do a fantastic job of cleaning my teeth every time.

We love this office. Great with my kids and myself. Very knowledgeable and kind. Dentist are kind and friendly. Dental professionals and clean teeth!!
