As small business owned by Zain, a Genius “miracle worker” when it comes to insurance and drug coverage. I Do appreciate his perseverance and commitment. Although, they’re not open weekends they’re powerful response and above the call customer service well makes up for it!! They deliver and always communicate very effectively! I look forward to my interactions with them as they are exceptional professionals and strive to do always their best.

We love Norwich Pharmacy! Care feels personal but is quick. They’re willing to talk and work out a solution with any issues. I’m always caught off guard that a real person is calling me about my prescriptions instead of a robot! 100x better than waiting in a long line, I’m moving the rest of my prescriptions here!

Finally getting my meds is simple and painless. They just take care of everything; No more 10 unproductive calls to Walgreens each time I need my meds filled with stalling and vague non-answers (only to have them fail every other month with 'it will be delivered here at some point when it's in stock'). Being able to immediately talk to an actual capable person is a Godsend, but they bend over backwards to resolve issues immediately, before I ever have to call them, and are very communicative. They've saved me so much time and aggravation every month, I couldn't be happier. The delivery option is like icing on the cake. Highest recommendation.

Like so many other families, we've found ourselves caught up in the shortage of ADHD medications. Once again it was time to refill, and we found ourselves calling every CVS, Walgreens, and grocery store pharmacy in a 25-mile radius trying to hunt down somewhere with the prescription in-stock. The calls often involved navigating endless menus, waiting on hold, and half the time ended without a clear answer one way or another. Then I remembered seeing Norwich Pharmacy in the Salem Plaza and asked my husband to give them a call. Immediately, he was connected with the pharmacist. Although the medication we were searching for was not in stock, the pharmacist very helpfully offered an alternative that we could discuss with the physician, explaining why it might be a suitable solution. Terrible customer service. I was just told they will no longer fill my prescription for me or my wife because they don’t make enough money on it. Even though 6 months ago they asked us to move all medications to them. When I said how ridiculous it is they said we’re a small pharmacy and I can take my business elsewhere. So much for supporting small business. Don’t go there!!!
