Dr Trailor is great, and everyone else that worked on my teeth were also great. There were many rescheduled appointments on their part that made things messy sometimes, but overall, I had good experiences. Unfortunately, I went through serious mental health struggles that led to eviction, hunger, and not being able to afford therapy or meds. Things got dark fast, and without going into detail, where I went I wasn’t really “free” anymore. When I got back on my feet, I saw letters about the hundred dollars I owed. I was used to insurance covering everything, but I guess a small balance can happen towards the end of a year. Dr. Trainor and his staff are incredible. Extremely knowledgeable, caring, and focused on you and your needs. I visited a few others (and didn't like what I experienced) then I tried Dr. Trailor... (my sister recommended him). It was a great decision. I had a tooth pulled for an implant and through the entire process, I was treated with care, concern, and professionalism. He REALLY knows his stuff! Save yourself the trouble of looking anywhere else... 5 STARS all the way!
