Called last week to get a tooth looked at, as a new patient. They were happy to get me in asap. All the staff is very friendly, and very efficient. Got the tooth taken care of same day as the appointment, and even scheduled a future examination before I even got out of the chair. Big ups to the whole office and practice. Highly recommend.

How do I express just how AMAZING the ENTIRE team and Drs are at Norwich Family Dental??? I have been beyond nervous and scared of getting my teeth worked on since childhood, now almost 50 I have found my SAFE place and DR Fischer! Not only is Dr F a TOTAL ROCK STAR, he knows his stuff!!!! He saved me from losing my teeth to fixing them ALL and WITHOUT ANY PAIN!!! I had to have 3 root canals in one day and I was back eatting solid foods the next morning with ZERO PAIN or UNCOMFORTABILITY!!! LIKE NONE!!! The man is an Oral Genius!!!!!!!!! Let’s not forget the staff of Dental Techs, Athena and Megan are my go too gals!!! They walk you thru everything and book all my appts with a HUGE smile and Grace!!!! I can’t say enough Fantastic things about this practice. Lastly the Front Desk Gals

These people could not care less about their patients. When I first started going to them, I was assigned to a dentist there who wasn't even on their list when you called to make an appointment. So, someone very, very new. I had a tooth that was, apparently, badly infected, so this dentist performed a root canal on it. But when he made the crown for the tooth, it was way too big. And I mean massive. So massive that it filled the entire spot below it, where another crown was supposed to go. I told him the crown he made was too big, pointed out how it was so huge it would be impossible to fit the other crown below it. He did not listen. Just brushed me off and said that the computer had modeled the crown after my real tooth, so they would fit together just fine. Fastforward to a week later,

They don’t care how much pain you’re in. Just tell you to keep killing your liver with Tylenol even after you tell them you’ve had to take it so much that it no longer works. Tell you to call back in a couple days if it still hurts. You call back, just to be told to call back in ANOTHER couple of days. This whole thing is their office’s fault to begin with. A cavity under the crown was x-rayed back in 2022, but the guy they had there at the time missed it. So it festered for almost 3 years. That SAME guy kept giving my daughter Novocain in the wrong spot, so she kept feeling pain for the whole procedure. That SAME guy bungled a crown so badly that the office had to replace it for free. And now this? No. They’ve crossed a line.

I use to go to this office for cleaning and such. I left and came back and they are a great dentist office. I got my fillings done today and I'm impressed by there service.
