The gentleman who initially took my call with regards to possibly making an appointment was the same gentleman who greeted me and checked me in when I arrived for my appointment on New Year’s Eve. He was incredibly kind, professional, personable, friendly and interactive, just an all brown pleasant person who is absolutely right for the job. What an amazing experience just with my check-in! We had a nice conversation, and that helps even calm the spirit when you’re here for an appointment for the unknown that isn’t right with your health. Judy, who took my vitals, was an incredibly kind person, and she was a gentle beacon of light in all interactions.

I had no issues at all. I was seen so quickly and everything took about an hour. The check in employee (Lilla) was so sweet and helpful. Unfortunately I didn’t get the names of the nurses and xray tech that assisted me, but they were also so kind and helpful. I was seen by Behnoosh APRN CNP and she took time to listen to me and provided the best advice and course of treatment.

My family goes here regularly for everything from suspected broken bones to strep tests. We have had a positive experience with all of the service providers. The front desk and medical staff have met or exceeded our needs. We will continue to go there for care.

literally, they made me wait for one hour in the waiting room after I made an appointment at 10 AM. I came in the room at 10:10am And they didn’t come back in until 10:55am. Absolutely ridiculous! I initially just came into get a doctors note & get some prescriptions filled. I will not be coming back.

I have been here several times because it’s close to where I live. They don’t seem very organized and They close at their whim, not sticking to their hours of operation. Also, there was a very mean, nurse when I had to bring my daughter in to get her blood drawn. My daughter was not well, but was trying to be brave as she always is. We got some big Nurse with a bad attitude and no skills in being a phlebotomist. She jammed my daughter at least seven times. I was a medic in the military so I know you were supposed to put the needle in at a slant, not jab it in a circlelike she did. When my daughter began to cry and resist, she told her “Girl you better not fight with me or I will wrestle you down!” I think crocodiles have more empathy than she did.
