I Recently Had A Full Body Skin Assessment With Dr. Betty Wong, And Unfortunately, It Was A Disappointing Experience. The Entire Appointment Lasted Maybe 10 Minutes. Dr. Wong Was In And Out Quickly, Not Personable At All, And Didn’t Explain Anything She Was Doing. She Simply Took Off My Gown And Lifted It Up To Check My Skin Without Saying Something Like, “I’m Going To Examine This Area Now,” Which Made The Experience Feel Abrupt And Uncomfortable. Thankfully, Nothing Concerning Was Found During The Scan, But I Left Feeling Uneasy And Like I Wasn’t Truly Cared For As A Patient. I Almost Want To Go Somewhere Else For A More Thorough And Compassionate Assessment. I’m Giving Two Stars Only Because The Woman At The Front Desk Was So Kind And Welcoming, And The Medical Assistant Who Brought M

This old frail white woman in her 100s was “helping” me in the dermatology department. After picking apart my appearance and insulting me, she was being unusually rude, mind you we are poc, and she was targeting us and degrading my appearance and unnecessarily mentioning my race, she called me a mutt, u im mixed. This interaction didnt even deserve one star.

Inexperienced physcian, wrong diagnosis, poor care and careless handling of what turned out to be a serious issue, at Glenview office. Finally, examined by a skilled Dermatologist at the Skinn Center in Highland Park, IL, and then, after many months, an excellent surgical treatment with an amazing General Surgeon at NW Medical in Lake Forest, IL.
