Amazing! I had a negative experience prior and this office has been great. The Dentist talks over all options and considers all the angles. Recently I had a filling fall out and another needed to be replaced. We initially assumed I needed a crown but after getting into things we found a filling would do just as well. This saved me 100s of dollars in bills and I have had no issues since! Even the office staff are great, calling when they have openings if needed and showing genuine care for their patients. Bravo

Whitney (who does the phone scheduling) is the kindest, sweetest, loveliest human. I struggle with anxiety around making calls and talking to receptionist and she has always been patient and understanding when I call. The rest of the staff there is fantastic. My hygienist is wonderful and Dr. Dannon is a hoot! (I always look forward to hearing him mentioning the birds!!) Big fan of the cozy vibe of the office, all the plants, and painted ceiling tiles! I’m an outlier because I actually really enjoy going to the dentist and I’ve always had a beyond positive experience here- never had a single problem. Would recommend to everyone if I could!

This was our first visit. Though the outside of the beautiful victorian house the office is in needs a landscape crew to clean up weeds, which initially made me skeptical, once I opened the doors, all concerns were immediately to put rest. All the photography and video screens of relaxing images, waterfalls, birds, fish, etc... calmed my entire being.. The person at the desk greeted me warmly, masked-thankfully, and gave me the necessary paperwork. As I filled it out, the hygienist assigned to me collected parts of it to start the process of entering my data. I like efficiency! Then when I was directed into to chair, and the cleaning and X-rays were started and completed, any concerns I had with starting with a new dental office were dissipated. Laurie was AWESOME. I filled My Paperwork out, and was taken right in. The office was clean & well run. All of the staff was friendly. My Hygienist was attentive, kind & did a great job on My Cleaning! I was very pleased with my experience at Northwestern Dental. I recently moved to the area and needed to switch my dentist office. From scheduling my first appointment through the completion of that first visit, I felt welcome and appreciated. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to my next appointment!
