CVS Pharmacy

I would give NO stars! Went for scheduled flu shot at CVS in Winsted, CT.Server kept going offline. We said we can change appointment to Monday. She said that would be worse. Unprofessional, no customer service! Poor attitude! Wore gloves while using her handheld device then give us the vaccine using same gloves? We still had no vaccine after 15 min delay. Wearing her medical gloves while using her handheld? We walked out. No vaccine. Very chaotic atmosphere!

Doreen and Stephen run a great pharmacy and front store! It’s always clean and people are willing to help

I already did straight to corporate. Brandon has been the cashier at the pharmacy dept. HE IS USELESS AND SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE AREA. Lazy, does not advocate for the customers needing assistance with discounts for expensive medications. Brandon is useless in the front end and it’s no wonder why CVS has poor reviews. I refused to continue to refill the medication so that I do not have to deal with that issue of poor quality service from Brandon or anyone similar to him.

To call up and check on a particular description to see if it’s called in by a doctor is near impossible with their new AI automated system. It makes you wanna tear your hair out. I’m switching pharmacies. I can’t deal with this kind of impersonal “get it wrong every time” I speak service.

I have great experience with everybody and Cvs, and then the pharmacy especially the drive-through when I go through my dog they always give them treats and he loves them very much. God bless stay safe.
