Northwest Urgent Care at Tanque Verde

I arrived att my appt early and was seen very quickly. The doctor saw me and explained the results of the test that they ran. Said that the test was being sent out to see if the prescription was good. The results came back within 3-5 days and contacted me to let me know the prescription was good! My appointment was a good experience. And i am better!

My experience with Northwest Urgent Care at Tanque Verde was everything you could hope for in an urgent care visit. I visited in the late afternoon on December 3, 2025. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the pristine waiting room and the warm greeting I received. I experienced an issue with my insurance card, but the receptionist immediately put me at ease, assuring me that it happens often and kindly guiding me through how to resolve it. The technician who took my vitals, Madelle, was caring and patient. She answered all of my questions calmly and professionally. The nurse practitioner I saw, Ms. Cheryl Stewart, was exceptional. She listened carefully to my concerns and provided clear, thorough instructions on how to proceed. I left the visit feeling reassured and well cared

I made an appointment. There was a little bit of waiting time before I was finally taken to a patient room. The intake nurse was very pleasant and thorough. The doctor reviewed my symptom's and made a diagnosis that required a follow up. I was very impressed with the overall care at this facility C

I was seen within minutes of entering a clean facility and admitted in an efficient manner after completing some paperwork. The RN was very polite asking me my reason for coming while taking my vital signs. The NP was very thorough and understanding and took a swab of my nose which showed I had Influenza A for which she gave me a prescription for Tamiflu and a codeine cough syrup so I could sleep at night. In all I didn’t spend more than 30 minutes at the clinic. Great experience.

This clinic was very clean and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Dr. Gorman was professional and had a wonderful disposition. Thanks to them I am feeling much better.
