Northwest Urgent Care at River

My daughter had been having fevers for a few days, and I was having a hard time getting her primary to see her. I came to Carbon and it was immaculate, clean, and it felt like I was in a hotel lobby. Bluey was playing- my daughter was happy. It’s not your typical intimidating and sad looking urgent care. I went as a walk in and only waited 15 minutes max. Everyone was extremely friendly, and very kind to my daughter, they even had a really cute pediatric room for us to be in. Charissa was great and understanding. At the end they gave my daughter a juice box, coloring book, crayons, sticker - we were so thankful for the amazing non traumatic experience!!!

Sarah and the rest of the ladies at this Urgent Care are too amazing. They are patient and kind and speak to you in plain terms to understand. Top of the experience with the atmosphere made it the best doctor visit I’ve ever had. Thanks ladies!

The Spa Treatment! Update: I had to return because I relapsed, and I'm so happy to say that I received excellent treatment again. This is great and assures me that the first time wasn't a fluke. This is definitely a great place to visit for your urgent care needs. Previous visit: This facility is really nice, and the staff inside match the level of quality as well. You're greeted as soon as you walk through the door. As soon as you complete the necessary paperwork someone is there to call you to the back. The patient rooms are very soothing, and they are decorated beautifully. So serene. The physician wasn't afraid to give me an exam. This is important because nowadays they (the majority of doctors) just ask you a few questions and immediately prescribe drugs without even checking you ou

Quick friendly service and a good diagnosis. Our daughter is prone to ear infections because of her allergies. She managed to get a mild ear infection on vacation and the mountains didn’t help because of the pressure changes. They gave us what we needed to get her cleared up and able to fly in time to get home on our scheduled flights.

Urgent....unsure if that should be in the name. Care is definitely what I received. The NP was knowledgeable and the staff was nice. But the organization and process was a $hitshow...... Went to pick up prescription next day at pharmacy. The script wasn't available and I had to go and pick up a paper copy and drop it off to be filled. If the office wasn't such a circus I could blame the pharmacy, but probably not what happened. The impression from the bougie decorations made me think it was a place on point.....next time I need Care I will be back. But if it is Urgent I will probably go elsewhere.
