Northwest Urgent Care at Orange Grove

Usually I have a pleasant experance here and the practitioners are very educated and helpful. Props to all the aids that have helped me prior to my last visit. Unfortunately you never know who's working urgent cares and my last visit was very disappointing. The Practitioner came in nd assessed me with in seconds and then gave me medical facts that were false. It's unfortunate that some practitioners use words like normal instead of common and then mark things as hereditary that are actually contagious. And just because somthing is called a virus does not negate the fact that it could be a virus that is fungal or bacterial. Some Practitioners are not will to do their practice. I had to visit urgent care for a broken finger, and I’m so grateful for the care I received. From the moment I walked in, the staff was kind, patient, and extremely professional. They got me checked in quickly, explained everything clearly, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The provider who treated me took the time to thoroughly examine my finger, go over X-rays, and explain my treatment plan in a way that was easy to understand. They didn’t rush me at all and made sure all my questions were answered. I truly felt cared for. Thank you to the entire team for turning a painful situation into a smooth and reassuring experience. I definitely recommend this urgent care to anyone who needs fast, compassionate, and efficient medical attention!

I came here knowing I had a sinus infection as I get them frequently. I seen the provider for it 5 minutes when she told me I had a virus. I told her I had been sick for over two weeks and I frequently get sinus infections. She argued with me and told me I had been unlucky and caught 2 viruses back to back and if I was still sick in a few days then I could get antibiotics. I had lost my voice could barely talk and had been running a fever for a week at this point. I left this location and immediately went to their location on tangerine. The provider I seen there sat and actually listened to me and treated me with a steroid shot oral antibiotics and oral steroids. I should not have had to go to a second location to receive proper treatment and proper care. I did call to follow up about this

I live in California. Came to Tucson with an injury but after two days realized I could have an infection. Was analyzed immediately. Staff was very courteous and made me feel comfortable. The doctor was extremely thorough and expeditious. Received a shot and two prescriptions and made sure I knew to do and not to do while on my visit. Highly recommend

Went around 1pm on a Saturday, and had virtually no wait time in waiting area or before being seen by a provider. A good experience compared to other Urgent Care facilities or ER! Would definitely use them again!!
