Northwest Urgent Care at Harrison

I was greeted nicely, I waited about 15 minutes. I was very happy that Doctor Carly Gorman was so knowledgeable about my back and sciatic nerve issues. She was incredibly thorough and gave me some medication, advice and referrals to help along with an X-ray that explained quite a bit. I was very happy when I left. I was probably there only about an hour. Great experience!

I had a friendly greeting when I walked in , the receptionist was helpful & courteous. I was able to be seen right away. The check in nurse, doctor and technician that took my x-ray, were all knowledgeable and helpful. I was treated with respect and they were all able to answer my questions. The facility was very clean. I would highly recommend this urgent care facility.

The staff were professional, kind, and attentive. My first visit I was seen very quickly and my injury was well taken care of. The doctor explained everything that was happening and reasons for what she was doing. I felt like I was a part of my care. My follow up visit was a similar experience and everyone I interacted with took great care of me.

Dr Grooms is the absolute best! I've seen a lot of doctors at this point in my life and he's definitely my favorite. He's great to talk to and takes time to explain everything, he seems to really care about your health. He's treating me for a shoulder situation right now but he did a foot operation in September that I was very happy with.

The employees here are so caring and compassionate! They made me feel so comfortable and even made me laugh during my visit. I had an issue with my insurance and the receptionist was so patient and helpful while we figured out the issue. The appointment went quickly as well! I will only visit this location if I need urgent care 🥰
